Class reps are really important to help communication throughout the classes – here is their main role:

• collating and circulating addresses, email addresses and contact numbers for class lists and keeping them up-to-date
• welcoming new members of the class
• communicating with parents to secure help at events, raising awareness of fund raising projects etc
• attending PTA meetings if possible
• co-coordination social get-together
• encouraging parents to participate in classroom support
• helping teachers find parents to accompany children on school trips
