There are fourteen governors and the make-up of the board is as follows: eight are Foundation governors (appointed by the church, three of whom must be eligible to be parent governors); one is appointed by the local authority; two are parent governors; one teacher governor, one staff governor (but not a teacher) and the head teacher.
